125 grams butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon ginger
2 ½ tablespoon golden syrup or honey
Margarine
Bowl
Spoon
Milk
Biscuit cutter/knife
- Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees.
- Cream sugar and margarine in bowl.
- Add flour, ginger and syrup.
- Blend all ingredients, add a little milk if too dry and crumbly.
- Roll out and cut into shape using biscuit cutter or knife.
- Place on trays.
- Bake at 275 degrees until cooked.
